stitches & ice cream

It started out as a great day! We were all at the pool...SK and JR is their new matching bikinis when tragedy struck! Julia cut her toe in the pool and was off to the hospital for stitches!

Later after  an impromptu cookout with the Timmerings ice cream was in order for sure for Julia! So we headed to the Widow Walk and had the best time on the river soaking up summer.....

being with friends.......

and totally forgetting about stitches for a few minutes!

It had been a crazy day but we had a beautiful night for sure...how could you not with a sky like this, ice cream and friends!
