Today Jeremy did his second half iron man. He has been traing so hard for it and we have all supported him in his training so we are all invested in supporting him. The children and I got up early to see him off...we cheered as he swam in the river... clapped as he biked away and jumped for joy as he ran down the road! He told me later that seeing us at those times meant so much to him that it made him tear up. It was so hot and such a long day for the kids but they were so good and hung in there for Jeremy. He finished the race but that is another post....
