Christmas Eve is pure magic! The anticipation of what is to come is just overwhelming! We gather at Bumpa and Grandpa's house for Christmas Eve supper and for the little to open up their presents from them! After watching Barbie's Magical Christmas many, many, many times....Sk decided that she wanted double buns for Christmas Eve like Chelsea in the movie....I think they turned out pretty cute!

Even on Christmas Eve SK was reading....
and reading.....she just can't get enough!
This Christmas Eve I was happy....and content to just be with my family.....
SHHHHH........if you listen closely you can hear the love...and feel the magic of the evening!
Bumpa lets them open presents before they even eat! We got new clothes....
Amazing jerseys.....
Pretty things we will treasure forever....
and ornaments like the one SK got with a book on it....that one day..... she will hang on her own tree
We got toys from our Christmas list....
and even a few surprises!
and pogo sticks...don't forget those!
It was an amazing night...full of love and family!
Even if Lila got the blue Barbie and not the pink one like K-Kate....
Night fell and the smells of a yummy supper filled the air....
we were thankful for all we have...and all the many blessings we share!
After baths and Christmas joms we dance to the Grinch....
and settled into the night and the glow of Christmas seemed to surround us....
It was perfect!
