With Jeremy's new wheel we headed to the Desales meet!
It was our last regular meet of the season before State......
and the pressure was on....the boys were undefeated...could they hold onto this amazing title for the whole season?
Sometimes I wonder if it's too much....does he love it too much......
It means so much to him...every single race....
and to this one too...just as much.....
But they love it so much....and for now the joy overcomes the pressure.....
It was a race with great competition...some fast runners...some 6th graders....and this kid who we did not know in red...."the red guy"...
He gave Riggs a run for his money...but Riggs got him at the finish line.....
and Rollins ran like the wind....
pushing it all the way till the end....
We won t shirts......
trophies.....
and the boys won the title of being undefeated in the regular season! That is quite an accomplishment! I am so proud of them!!!
State here we come!!!!
