Tonight was the last swim meet of the season...the last chance to qualify so the pressure was on a little bit. With butterfly and breast stroke already qualified for, Riggs really wanted to have a good meet and qualify in freestyle tonight. He night started with a great butterfly!
Rollins had a great freestyle....
He was the heat winner and got a heat ribbon! His first! He was so proud! Don't tell him that the heat was between him and only one other kid ;)...who needs the details!?
Braden qualified in butterfly tonight and we were so proud!
Riggs was up for freestyle and gave it his all....
He climbed out of the pool and got his time from the timer....
and happily ran off to find Colin...I knew that meant he qualified!
The final event was Riggs' butterfly...he won the heat and got a heat ribbon tonight too!
It was a great last meet before qualifications...they have one more chance to qualify at time trials.
