Welcome to Stuttgart, Germany!

After the long flight we arrived in Stuttgart, Germany!

We were brave right away away instead of taking a cab to our hotel we sought out the train. I was so glad we did. It was early Sunday morning and the city was quiet...no one was around. It was just me and Jeremy and the bells from a church ringing in the distance as we waited for the train. It was just kind of one of those moments I will forever remember....

After figuring out the train schedule we picked the train we hoped was the right one and hopped on!

and lucky for us....it look us right to the Plaza Hotel...

We came a day early than the Porsche tour so we could have a little more time with Germany. We must have been exhausted but at this point we were exhilarated so we checked in...grabbed a quick shower...and headed to explore Stuttgart!

We found a little place on the street with yummy pastries and the best coffee I have ever had.

We sat and ate and talked and took in the beauty of the city, being here together, and the moment. Later we both decided this was one of our favorite moments of the trip. It was such a wonderful feeling to have these days of adventure before us and to feel so small in this big, big world...it's just good for you.

It was a feeling of happiness and freedom and it felt so good to be here in this moment.

After our morning in Stuttgart we headed back  the train station......

and waited for our train.....,

Next stop...The Porsche Museum!

It was a very cool place...even from the outside.....

Mirrored outdoor ceiling....and beautiful cars everywhere.....

We even saw a green TVR Tuscan...a car we hold near and dear to our hearts...we have a cutest video of Rollins talking about this exact car when he was about 2...so we took this pic and sent it to him!

Inside was just as cool as the outside....Jeremy went to get us some headphones...

and we enjoyed the tour!

It is the 50th anniversary of the Porsche 911 so the exhibits were perfect for Jeremy!

We enjoyed the museum so much !

After we got back on the train and it hit our bodies that we had been up over 28 hours.....
The eyes could barely stay open.......

We we headed back to the hotel for a little nap...it just had to be done...we had hit a wall. But after a short nap we were back on the streets exploring!

We found the beer garden by our hotel and Jeremy tried the goods! Cheers!

We had the best meal and the best time!

Our server, Christopher..who we both just loved...gave Jeremy a beer stein...such a great keepsake from the trip and one that has a great memory connected to it...

After dinner we walked a little bit more and found the bells that had welcomed us to this great city before we headed back to the hotel for bed.
