It's the little things that mean the most.....

When I pray for these children my prayer is for them to have kind, loving hearts....this is our life...our journey...our Hardy Hearts....

Texas love

With one brother in way over his head....it has made me stop and think about all my siblings...and how thankful I am for each one...near and far...bad and good...they are all a part of my heart. I don't see my brother Heath at all...he lives in Texas...and is oh so busy living the life of a horse trainer. But he has 3 amazing boys and although I don't see them as often as I would like they are still in my heart...every day.

I got this unexpected Text from Heath today and it warmed my heart...funny how unexpected love can do that...Remember that today and unexpectedly show someone you love them...it feels so good to give and to receive!

Happy Birthday Ryan and Heather

We were supposed to go see Jason, Tonya and Sydney last Sunday in Indy. We were going to be missing Ryan and Heather's birthday celebration so we took them out for brunch on Saturday to spend some time with them and give them their birthday presents. Although our Sunday trip never happened after Alex's accident we still enjoyed our time with them!
So glad we got to celebrate with them! Happy Birthday!

Holiday Sip & Strokes

As a Christmas treat Bonnie Kay took Heather and me to Sip & Strokes to paint a Christmas painting. I will admit I was a little nervous.....I am creative but not artistic at all! I was happy to sip on a little wine before I began my first stroke!
It was so fun and in the end we all had paintings that we could not believe we painted!
I really painted that....can you believe it!?
Thanks, Bumpa, for a fun night out! I can't wait to go back!

Happy Birthday Aunt Heather

We celebrated Heather's Birthday with a party at her house today. The girls, in her honor, wore the outfits she got them for Christmas!
