Although Christmas is a magical time..it is also a time of great battle in our home. It is the battle of colored lights verses white lights...and it is an epic battle spanning over a decade. Jeremy grew up with colored lights on his tree and I grew up with white lights..and we are both pretty hard headed...especially when it means something to us. The last couple of years the compromise has been to put white lights on the inside Christmas tree..that shine outside for all the world to see! And...Jeremy gets to put colored lights on our big, spruce in the front yard for all the world to see...and that we can see thru our windows. Today Jeremy put up his tree...and it really was pretty when night fell and he lit it up...just don't tell him I said that! ;)
