The last days of school

As school ends there is an excitement in the air...it's hard to describe ...it's a feeling of the coming freedom that summer brings etched in the bittersweetness of saying goodbye to the routine of the year. The last week of school the littles  enjoyed the fun of field day and really looked back on the friendships they made.

 We realized how much the kids had grown as students...looking at Sarah Kate's writing from the beginning of the year......

 to the end...it's just amazing to see how far she has come!

 and to see how Riggs' has excelled....and has learned to go above and beyond in everything he does.

 and how Rollins has rocked his math this year.....

 but no matter what the last day of school always comes.....and we always jump for joy!
