On Rollins' birthday I brought home a few of his buddies to play after school! We celebrated with cupcakes and root beer!
and a back yard game of football!
but big brother can still catch him...for now!
He has grown a little this year...lost 2 teeth...but the biggest thing I notice is how his face has slimmed and he is starting to loose that little boy look....
He just melts my heart! He is so full of love and kindness!
but he is all boy.....and he loved this birthday afternoon with his friends!Later we headed, by the choice of the birthday boy, to Gustavos for some Mexican food and to celebrate some more with family!
He loved his Cross Country Cookie cake....and boy was it good!
I literally could eat this kid up....
the wait staff sang to him....
and put whipped cream on his nose!
We opened presents and both boys opened a present from Gran Gran....
They have been asking for bunk beds forever! A dream come true!
It was just a fun dinner for a fun boy!Back at home we opened more presents....a framed pic from his first UK basketball game
new "beast" shoes.....
he was so proud of them...how could you not love shoes with neon orange on them!
and the alligator head he REALLY wanted on spring spring that cost too much money for a vacation prize, but we snuck home for a special birthday present!
I hope he felt as special as he is on his birthday! Happy 8th Rollins!
