I truly think that Cross country has opened up Riggs to possibility...the possibility of success....doing well...trying hard and getting somethng for your efforts. We had tickets to the UK game tonight and his soccer game was late...and the kid who would have been fine to miss the soccer game wanted to instead play...so we went and let him play the first half. Everyone wants Riggs to score a goal this season...especially Colin who encourages him before every game...but today Riggs really wanted to score too.
And he did! It was awesome! Everyone was so happy for him!
And off we went to Lexington all smiles!!!
