broken knee cap for Col

Poor Col is out for a while...the rest of the XC season for sure. He broke his knee cap and is one sad little dude.....

Riggs knew this...and I knew he was sad for Colin. The night it happened he said "well, now I am running for Colin"........

When I got his spikes out of his bag to make sure they were ready for the Franklin County meet...I turned them over to find that Riggs had written Colin on one spike and Schaffner on the other.

He really was running for Colin....I was so proud of his caring, thoughtful heart.
