It's the little things that mean the most.....

When I pray for these children my prayer is for them to have kind, loving hearts....this is our life...our journey...our Hardy Hearts....

We woke up to Happy Fathers Day at the beach....and although it was different it was really special! We had shopped, wrapped and packed our Fathers Day celebration and brought it to Alabama!

We had a big breakfast...sausage and eggs and toast the best watermelon we have ever had!

The littles presented daddy with their own handmade cards for him....all four of them so eager to show him their pictures...they put their hearts into them and they were so sweet....the pictures and the kids!
Then it was present time!

Daddy got clothes, books and a big fat gift card to his favorite place...Smoothie King...they even have one down here!
We headed up stairs after our Fathers Day celebration to get ready for the sun! The littles were so excited when I got up their I found them in a conga line! That is the beauty of four...they always have their own party no matter what! I love it!

We had beach time......

Later in the afternoon Hunter and Brit headed over to the Bay to fish.  We have been going to this place for years and years and I always go to the beach...never the bay..although our house is in the middle of them both..beach in the front...bay in the back. I was so happy the boys wanted to go because I discovered a beautiful place...so different from the ocean and the beach.  It was quite, calm, and the little waves have no intention of crashing...they just lap up on your toes...almost a tickle. It's very relaxing....and truly beautiful as grasses pop through the sand on the shallow beach area. And there were no people or voices...all you can hear in lapping waters....

I left with peace in my soul only to return to the house to find the girls having the dance party of all dance parties....with the stairs as their stage/run way....one at a time we would present them by calling their name and they would do the shaky shaky down the steps! We were all laughing so hard...it was so funny!

Sk....so sticky sweet...such a little, polite, lady....had a ball..trying to add her ballet arms into her shaky shaky....

and then their was miss thang...that is not a typo...I meant to type miss thang! She can shake it like a milk shake....and smiles with every shake!
We got cleaned up after the afternoon fun and headed out to celebrate Fathers day at Tacky Jacks...a favorite of ours! Lila loved the boats and wanted to know all their names! She loved this one...Miss Carli because she loves ICarly.....

and this one...just because!

We had a little wait, but the kids were happy and we settled on a picnic table with drinks overlooking the water......
Moma came with a Long Island and a Margarita.......
Jeremy had a Corona with Lime and was missing my brother, Cam as he drank his.....
 I had a pina colada.....
With a Fathers Day side of these guys in t shirts that were all air brushed to say...Who's your Daddy?
Lila was fine with her big girl Coke...until she realized everyone was getting something special from this place called "the bar"
Before I know it she is all about a fozen concoction of her own and is bellied up to the bar for one! She is going to be trouble! ;)

Our food was great and we had such a fun time!
Back at the house we grabbed our flash lights and nets to go crabbing......

All the littles love to crab hunt...especailly Rolls
He was so sad that we did not find one this night...he is so big...and yet sometimes so little and I try to remember that....so I picked him up and carried him back to the house promising him many more night of crabbing this vacation!
