It's the little things that mean the most.....

When I pray for these children my prayer is for them to have kind, loving hearts....this is our life...our journey...our Hardy Hearts....

Let the Carving Begin!

Gran Gran got the girls rhinestone Halloween pumpkin kits..a kitty for Lila and a Princess for SK but the boys went the traditional route. They got a pencil and paper and drew what they wanted their faces to look like and put daddy to work! Riggs decided he was going to be brave this year and scoop his own pumpkin guts out...as he put his hand in to the wet, bumpy mess of his pumpkin.... his face was priceless!

I had the honor of doing Lila's pumpkin and the payoff was a big one...she LOVED her bling Kitty pumpkin...she hugged him and kissed him...and then hugged me and kissed me for making him for her..too die for!

Sarah Kate's princess...Sk really liked her tiara and ear rings!
 Riggs' finished pumpkin......
Rollins waited while daddy patiently put in all the scars across his pumpkins' forehead
And then we went outside and lit them up and they were fabulous! The kids were so happy and so proud of them! And now that we have Jack-a-mans on the front porch we are officially ready for Halloween!
