It's the little things that mean the most.....

When I pray for these children my prayer is for them to have kind, loving hearts....this is our life...our journey...our Hardy Hearts....

The night we never saw Taylor Swift...

I got my girl all ready for a night of fun! Decked out in her pink cowgirl attire she was precious on top of precious with a cherry on top!

Even I was rocking the western wear for our fun night out with friends...the plan...... dinner with the girls.....Limo ride to the show...and Taylor swift all night long! I was really looking forward to a night out with this precious girl...who radiates with love and kindness!

Jenna and Julia came to pick us up...we were hitching a ride to Old Chicago Pizza to meet the girls and later be picked up by the limo! The girls were so excited!

We all were! It was going to be a magical night!
As we pulled into the parking lot..Mandy called to tell us the concert had been canceled...we all thought it was a joke...but sure enough it was not...Taylor Swift was sick and the concert had been moved to October 11th. We let it sink in...we were all in shock...no more magical night....
We made the most of it...and the girls rallied when we told them our brilliant plan to go see the movie Monte Carlo....so we ate and laughed...and said a million times that this seemed like a dream...like it wasn't really happening...

We had 5 little girls...5 momas.... and no car....we canceled the limo and they were kind enough to let us reschedule it.... so in full western wear we walked to the movies...we were quite the sight!
We posted this one on Facebook...our sad little girls! :(
but really they were happy just to be together...and hey...we were on an adventure...and going to see a movie they were all excited about seeing!
When we got there the movie was sold out...it was hot as hades...and I felt like a fool standing at the movies in my cowboy attire.....not to mention that as I am standing there feeling like a fool... my high school boyfriend...my first love and his wife...were there...awesome...but oh well!  It really wasn't that big of a deal but you know when you haven't seen someone in a while you want to look nice...you just do..oh well.!  Brad came and picked  us up...all 11 of us poured into his van..and we were so tight that Jenna and Staci had to ride in the back....it was so funny!
 but we were still smiling!
and I was still having a night with my girl....
We all went to Heather's house to swim in her pool...where the fun didn't end! It was not the night we planned but it was fun...and we will do it all again in October!
