It's the little things that mean the most.....

When I pray for these children my prayer is for them to have kind, loving hearts....this is our life...our journey...our Hardy Hearts....

It's a Timmering Christmas!

Jenna and I wanted to get everyone together during Christmas...it was hard to find the day as both families were packed with trips to see The Nutcracker, book parties, ornament exchanges, cookies exchanges....just full of Christmas! We saw on our calendars that Dec. 22nd was open so the plan was to go eat downtown and go see Kaleidoscope at the Gault House. As it got closer, we decided to can that plan for a laid back pajama party at the Timmerings...and it was exactly was we needed!
It was the first time Jack would meet Roxy and Sam...and I was hoping it would go well..especially since Jenna had said the last puppy Roxy met she showed her teeth. Just in typical Hardy/Timmering fashion it was easy, and perfect. Roxy and Jack took right to each other!
At the end of the night when we were leaving Roxy even gave Jack a kiss goodbye...so cute!
Jack was absolutely exhausted from playing with Roxy and Julia was so happy to have him curl up in her lap...she just loves him...she is just an animal lover like Lila.
It was just a great night of best friends being together. When we are together everyone is happy! Jenna and I were sitting on the couch in our pajamas... big boys ( Jeremy and Brad) playing with the computer....little boys playing games.....girls playing barbies...dogs playing chase...and Jenna said..now this is Christmas!
And she was right. Christmas is about being wrapped up in the love of your friends and family. It is a warmth that feels so good...to be surrounded by people who love and support you...who see the best in you...who believe in you and would do anything for you.We love the Timmerings so much and we are so thankful for your presence in our lives!
